Dakota Fanning stars in the live-action adaptation of E.B. White's Newbery Honor-winning book, featuring the voices of Julia Roberts, Robert Redford and Oprah Winfrey. On a farm in Maine, a bashful pig named Wilbur meets a spider named Charlotte living in the rafters above his pen, and the two become fast friends. When a devastated Wilbur learns of the farmer's plans for him, Charlotte comes to the rescue, weaving a web to save her new friend's life. The film also features the voices of Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Cedric the Entertainer, Kathy Bates, Reba McEntire, Thomas Haden Church and Andre Benjamin. Closed-captioned.
