MATCH FRACTIONS 1-10

Match Fractions contains answers with matching fractions. Two tiles match, for example, « and 2/4 will make a Match. There are also 20 bonus tiles in the box. These can be used to vary the game and increase the level of challenge. In the fractions box there are 10 tiles mixed numbers and 10 tiles with improper fractions that match. For instance will 1 ? and 7/4 make a Match. The 20 bonus tiles in the fractions box and the decimal box can be mixed together and can then be matched (example: 1 ? matches 1/75). Pick out only a few tiles when you are introduction the game. This is also a great way to adjust the game to weaker or stronger students. Match Fractions can be mixed up with Match Percentage and Match Decimal. This is an excellent way to better understand the connection between fractions, percentage and decimal. If you mix up all three boxes, every tile will match with at least five other tiles. For example, the tile « will have the following matches: 50%, 0.5, 0.50, 2/4. Match Fractions, Match Percentage and Match Decimal make up the second series of Match-games. 80 Tiles.
