Physical Science: Matter & Materials
The activities and experiments in this unit are designed to increase students understanding of concepts related to matter and materials and how those concepts occur in real life situations. Topics of interest include: materials that transmit, reflect, or absorb light and sound; properties of and changes in matter; properties of air; and characteristics of flight.
